Goat’s milk

Goat’s milk

Hi, I’ve only recently been ‘diagnosed’ with eczema but for years I’ve already been cycled through emollients and steroid creams/ointments which appear to have no effect. I was wondering whether anybody has experience with using goat’s milk to help eczema? I’ve seen reviews of both using goat milk soap and drinking goat milk (kefir, which I’ve just started) supposedly helping skin but I’d like to know if anyone has experienced this.
Thanks

Goats milk can sometimes help people with eczema as it's easier to digest then cows milk, reducing the inflammation within the guts. It's also shown to have "healing" affects. I find that goats milk helped me, however, I couldn't cope with he taste and it repeated on me something cruel! So now I use other dairy free alternatives. As for the soap, I've tried a make that also did cream as well, again these helped but I could tkeep up with the price unfortunately. I hope it goes well for you!
