What Foods To Eat When You Have Ezcema?

I have been reading a lot lately about foods related to ezcema. And my ezcema has been a complete monster lately!

Any ideas on what I should put on my grocery list?

Thanks!

If you read about birch tree food allergies it will give you a list of foods you could be sensitive too, do a trial of different foods that could trigger the eczema. I've been doing that and have found numerous items that I used to have now cause triggers (ie red & green peppers trigger, yellow & orange don't trigger)….also check out Low Fod Map and see what they might have for eczema. Sending you tons of hugs.

I think I’m becoming more gluten intolerant as well. Expecially with my favorite adult beverages - beer!😭

Hello & welcome! I think it varies for most people but the cleaner & greener you eat def helps. Try eliminating processed food and go from there. I'm slightly allergic to nightshades so limit those and as i get older I'm developing a gluten intolerence and they all seem to affect my eczema..sadly!

It depends on the person. You would probably need to be allergy tested to determine what you are allergic to.
