I found QV to help heaps! I had tried all other creams and washes but found the baby bath oil worked best on my skin to relieve eczema https://www.qvskincare.com.au/products/baby/cle....

A doctor had told me to keep my hands away from water/moisture. I've also taken my daughters antibiotics and they seemed to help a lot. If it gets dry and scaly cortisone 10 eczema lotion is awesome. Benadryl will kill the itch, but it makes me drowsy. Hope this helps!

Since you've been dealing with your condition most of your life you've probably tried most everything. Have you tried a humidifier in your main living area and bedroom? I like Eucerin Advanced Repair cream for dryness and Eucerin Roughness Relief cream for rough and bumpy skin. Layer them under your ointment. Installing a water filter showerhead can help and washing with an extra moisturizing, fragrance free cleanser. Ask your doctor about starting on Dupixent!
