Any Good Recommendations For Creams Etc On Severe Eczema?

I have severe eczema I have had it since 2 years old and I am now 30. Its really been getting me down lately I'm constantly dry, very itchy and scaly. Is there anything anyone would reccomend? I use emolysifing ointment and steroid creams. I really dont know what to do anymore.

I found QV to help heaps! I had tried all other creams and washes but found the baby bath oil worked best on my skin to relieve eczema https://www.qvskincare.com.au/products/baby/cle....

A doctor had told me to keep my hands away from water/moisture. I've also taken my daughters antibiotics and they seemed to help a lot. If it gets dry and scaly cortisone 10 eczema lotion is awesome. Benadryl will kill the itch, but it makes me drowsy. Hope this helps!
