I used to have eczema on my legs growing up, but as I have gotten older it only comes on my hands. It comes in little blisters and really dry spots. I don't know what I can do to help prevent it.
I use cetaPhil moisturizers after every hand washing.sometimes stress can cause those blisters.relax take more walks & exercises.
I get the same thing sometimes. To help prevent it, I avoid antibacterial soaps, sanitizers and wipes. I try to avoid getting cleaning products on my hands. I avoid latex gloves. Certain shampoos can cause my hands to break out. When preparing food, I try to avoid getting the liquid from citrus fruits and tomatoes on my hands which irritate them. The skin of kiwis make me break out. I haven't found a moisturizer that I am not allergic to so lately I have been just using olive oil. I've tried coconut oil but that seems to irritate my skin.
You may have Dyshidrotic eczema on your hands. I used to be plagued by this as well. Now I combat other eczema types.. Google the National Eczema Association website for additional help.
