Any Creams For Babies That Help With Dryness And Mainly Itchinh

My son is 7 months old has eczema dry and very itchy nothing has helped we tried aveeno, eucerin, auquaphor and some others. I am looking for a non prescription if possible cause we did eucerin with hydrocortisone his dr prescribed it worked really good just not with the itching. I tried oatmeal baths didn't help any either.

Try putting a few drops of Tea tree oil in his bath. Make sure its the real stuff.
This oil kills the bacteria/fungus that causes the itching. Use a little at first. I am 63, I don't know the dosage for babies.

I found a product called ELA it's all natural it's a spray that removed all bacteria from skin after cleansing a jar of a salve type ointment filled by a protective ointment it is also for itching. It helps and it seems to soothe and prolong the doctor visits and steroids. Also the use of prescription topicals
