About a year ago I started taking a collagen regimen. Three pills twice a day with a meal along with some Calcium and D for other ails. I have not had an eczema breakout since. Totally clear skin. The bottle I bought is by Neocell, it's Super Collagen with Vit. C and biotin. I bought a 360 tablet bottle from Sam's Club. Hope this helps!

Zyrtec. Not a life hack, but I couldn't make it without them. An allergist, one of four doctors I've seen for this, told me I could safely take four a day, despite the directions. I seldom take four, but sometimes three on a bad day. They work and I can work! They don't make me drowsy.

The best life hack is every night using Vaseline all over my body. I prefer the aloe scented Vaseline and then wearing long sleeves and long pant pajamas(extra sheets to protect the mattress). Every morning using sulfate free shower bar soap to wash off the Vaseline then using a safe body lotion. Reading labels is best! Absolutely no sulfates in any wash or shampoo! Also staying away from all my allergens and food allergies. I am now off all allergy medication except for emergency. All topical skin, face and scalp prescriptions are rarely used just for tiny flares... The Vaseline seems to add a protection barrier to my skin and I haven't even had one instance of Dermatographia and no large eczema break outs either plus by not being on the heavy duty antihistamines my brain can heal!

I began to feel relief from itching and flare-ups within a month of first taking Dupixent and continued to improve over the next several months. Now after 2.5 years I'm showing about 90 - 95% relief along with fairly regular cream/lotion applications. Guess I'm one of the lucky ones, since my case was pretty severe when it began (at age 74). Maybe it's all the olive oil and garlic I eat!

I have only been on it for a couple of weeks. I hope I eventually receive some improvement and get rid of this itchiness once and for all. Good luck!
