Getting back to work as this flare subsides with a brand new life coach certification and hoping to use my skills to increase the understanding of how conditions like eczema effect people. I get to much of the "It's in your head," and "It's not that bad." pushback. Only one person I know looked at me and said,"That's so hard, you are feeling it all the time, aren't you?" And of course, thinking outside the box to find permanent solutions...

I agree that sweets cause breakouts. I think excess calories tip off immune system.
One way to get rid of excess calories is to exercise.
