I always keep a gel ice pack handy for when it’s really hot and inflamed for immediate relief! But red light therapy also helped me when I didn’t want to use topicals, it reduces inflammation
Hi @A MyEczemaTeam Member - I will always suggest to check in with your doctor first. But something that works well for me is doing a mental check. Asking myself, "Am I stressed out? Is there anything I can do to alleviate the stress? Am I angry or upset about something? What can I eat today that is nourishing and healthy for my body? What can I do right now to bring me joy?" etc. Hope this helps!
Apply ice for 20 minutes wait for one hour to reapply.
