I also take 1000 mgs of turmeric extract with Curcumin C3 complex- 2 tablets a day. The brand is Youtheory. I am taking the natural way as much as possible. I am thinking about taking one of the eczema meds on the market but the side effects are problematic for me. I did not take the ivermectin, instead I took my oil of oregano. We have forgotten that everything we need is provided by nature.

Sooo my trigger is not food. Until I see the allergist in Feb. I will say eat as healthy as you can. Vitamin C fruits and veggies are important along with Vitamin D, D3, A. Copious amounts of water --I use slices of lemon in my water for tackling inflammation. Oh! I drink Kefir, and eat greek yogurt to keep my gut healthy.

New to Eczema in the past 2 years. The bad one for me is red pasta sauce. I start to really itch after that. Hope this helps!

I did alot of research...but mostly cut out processed foods, gluten, tom sauce, red meat, anything that caused me to have stomach upset or bloat...the less i ate or the healthier the food, the better i felt....everyone is different, so you have to kind of work with food and see which ones start inflammation....lots of veggies...like Ann5 says....clean eating...good luck...you can do it...
