It started with a few red, raised, itchy spots on my lower legs and within 2 months it was widespread - both legs, thighs, arms, chest, back. No sleep due to the severe itching at night. After several visits to my dermatologist and allergist/immunologist, lots of blood tests and allergy testing, I have been diagnosed with atopic dermatitis or eczema. No allergies, no new products. I am baffled as to the cause of this. Has anyone else experienced such a sudden onset like this?

Anytime I use scented soap I get real flair up and I’ve use dove sensitive soap bar but I need a none scented soap with great moisturizer.
I use Vanicream non- fragrance soap for eczema. My Dermatologist recommended it and it works. It's sold at ,CVS, Walmart & Amazon.
Are there any women on here who have severe eczema and are going through either peri-menopause or menopause. The skin on the face and body are dry and hot but using a moisturizer only helps a bit?
