I feel any practice that help immune system reduces eczema and topical dermatitis symptoms
But there may be instances when exercise may increase symptoms such as heat and sweating
There is definitely a link between consumption of sweets and skin disorders in many cases I read about.
Could this be because excessive calories in sugars weaken immune system, or there are other factors involved?

They say [ I don't know who they are] don't eat anything that is white diet for eczema
,white bread,rice,sugar, flour,dairy. It's inflammation causing.
I wear only cotton and Tencel and I wear my clothes baggier than I used to as well. That helps a lot, however, any time I try to exercise, even just simple walk, I end up with an eczema flare where my clothes rub my skin (elbows, outer hips, thighs, ankles). I really want to get back into hiking but I feel set back every time I try! I use baby detergent and lysol sanitizer in each load when washing clothes. I prewash anything new before I wear. I also do entire sterilization after someone else gad used machine. May help your… read more
I have a bit of trouble with eczema around my eyes. I think it's related to eyedrops I need to take. Has anyone had this issue and had any success with a cream or other medication which has been helpful with this issue?
Eczema related conjunctivitis. Got drops and moisture treatment drops.
I used to have eczema on my legs growing up, but as I have gotten older it only comes on my hands. It comes in little blisters and really dry spots. I don't know what I can do to help prevent it.
