I would never take prednisone. Makes you gain weight and is super hard on your body. On my eyes, forehead and mouth I use Hyderm 1% when it’s really flared up and burning. I use protopic (children’s level) at times when it’s not flared up and just really dry and flaky. Works well for the most part. But we all know there is no quick fix

As I said the only thing that works wonders for me are prednisalone tablets. But you shouldn’t take them all the time, mind you they work great within 2 or 3 days

I agree about the pednisone. But if you don't taper off the steroid makes u moody. However, it does work magic for eczema in 2-3 days!
