Hi all
I had a Derm appt yesterday and my Derm recommend I do a Patch test to see what could be causing my flair ups around my eyes. He told me that it would be a week long test. My question is. What was your experience with patch testing and how big of a shock was it when you received your results?
I've had patch tests done three times. The first was for environmental allergens and helped me. The last two were both for food allergies and I am a new person staying away from the food allergies. I keep finding things that I react to but most are related to my positive skin tests and allergens. Good luck!
Hi Sherita: I had a patch test done on my Granddaughter since she had such bad eczema and it really helped. Now I knew what to avoid and her flareups are not so severe an happen less. Go for it.
