Could be your dog,food, weather,stress

Hi,
Lately I don’t know if it’s the cold weather, what I’m eating or my dog but every morning I wake up I have 2-4 new outbreaks.
Bcuz I’m not sure what’s triggering it I make sure I Vaseline and use the CeraVe itch relief every day from neck to toe.
Mayb we shd try harder to find out exactly where it’s coming from I.e, food, detergent, pets, clothing shd be cotton, etc etc etc…hope I didn’t insult anyone and this idea helps. ❣️

It's different for everyone! I just began flaring up after 3 weeks.
