Does Anyone Have Any Eczema Travel Must-haves?

A MyEczemaTeam Member asked a question 💭

I’m about to go on an 11 night cruise and my skin always flares in the beginning when I go on trips like this. I bring my red light therapy because it’s pretty easy to pack and it definitely helps but does anyone have any advice for what to bring when traveling trying to manage flares while you’re away?

I am not sure about treating flares but I never leave home without Sarna Sensitive and Cera Ve. I tried so many products and this combo seems to work best for me.

I decided to try Cera Ve cream for rough and bumpy skin. Its only been a few days but I think my skin is feeling softer.

So far it’s been ok. The back of my knee keeps trying to flare every time I get in the water. So far I’ve been in the ocean, salt water pools, and hot tubs! Nothing terrible has happened yet so, fingers crossed.
