For the longest time, I looked forward to going to the beach because it worked wonders for my skin. Sometimes I would even get sunburn and it would completely get rid of any flares on my face. I also think the saltwater used to help a lot. I have no idea what happened but for the past several years the beach is always a nightmare for me. The slightest bit of sun makes me flare and the saltwater seems to irritate it 😢
Ezcemalove, CeraVe has a sunscreen with a flesh color tent for your face.
I've had the same experience throughout my years living with eczema. I've had both good and bad experiences at the beach! What I do know is that applying sunscreen when I get to the beach helps! I've even started applying it as a daily morning routine in case I go outside.
I agree. I didn't have an issue with eczema until I was 75 and I developed a rash on my legs. Dermatologist said eczema. I see her every 6 months. This had never happened before. Now it's popping up in different areas in my body.
Try taking charcoal tablets. It cleans toxins out of your body &skin
Why is eczema like this? 🤦🏼♀️ but the sunscreen tip is good, I just struggle to find a sunscreen I actually like that doesn’t have a ridiculous white cast and is easy to apply
