Flare-ups After Shower
So I've been suffering only recently from flare-ups after showers and on certain areas (back thigh)
I'm really desperate because I've been trying a lot of products for eczema but nothing Is helping, these flareups never clear up or go away, they remain there but less and darker. is this even eczema? was I diagnosed correctly?

Yes I've been to several consultations with many doctors, I've been using hydrocortisone for years but it's not effective anymore like before. Also, i used to take really hot showers but I don't anymore, i take warm showers now
I feel like this only happens after spending more than 30 mins in the shower, which is something i don't understand. is it related to water? I'm testing this week
Great question! Have you consulted with a doctor yet? If it's happening solely after the showers, it could be due to the heat of the water, maybe?
