I wear half sox at night to keep my ointment from getting on my face [steroidal].

Night time itch is so challenging! Gloves are a good choice. I sometimes sleep with an icepack near me so I can place it on the itchy body part without causing more damage to myself.

I wear cotton half socks on my hands at night, after what ever meds I am using.

I use coconut oil and Triamcinolone Aceronide ointment, Fluocinonide topical solution (good for the scalp head itching)
I also take hydroxyzine at night it not only helps with skin allergies but also for anxiety and stress
