I didn’t know fatigue was a symptom of Excema!
Rest , eating well and getting enough sleep if possible.
I have always been an insomniac. I know sleep is important for healing. I rarely sleep more than 4 hours. Betwern lack of sleep and stress, i feel defeated in keeping my eczema under control.
I take vitamin supplements, multi vites, vit c , E, zince, D3, iron check with md on that one, I don't sleep much, use Tylenol PM, try to stay away from inflammatory food, not always possible.
Take a nap around 4.
