It's the weekend. Dr in on Monday. My eczema is infected what can I use to heal it?

I don’t know how this will work on infection, but I have been getting some good results with cutting open an aloe plant and taking the complete inside of the plant and using 2 tablespoons of unfiltered coconut oil. I put it in the refrigerator and I apply it a few times a day.
