A MyEczemaTeam Member asked a question 💭
Lake Havasu City, AZ

Today my doctor suggested that I try using Dupixent injections for my rash. I understand it is very expensive. I can not find any information on the actual cost. Can anyone share any information on this treatment and if it is worth trying. Thanks in advance.

I have been on DUPIXENT…..I am ready to try and come off it, so I won;t be taking it this Friday for the first time, the cost is high, about 3800.00 per month, but my insurance covers it. I believe Sanofi makes DUPIXENT, and they can help if you are unable to pay I believe.

It took a long time for it to work for me, about 7-8 months, but I still have some itchiness, just not as intense….i am going off, at least trying to, to see what happens as I am on prednisone (5mg) per day and trying to wean off that as well, that has helped, with the itch more for me….so we shall see. It’s all trial and error, but I am on so many meds I have to see what I can eliminate.

I’ve,seen it works wonders for some, but not for others, I would try if you can ….it’s worth a shot to see what works, I’m just so tired of all meds…

Please let me know how you make out, again, good luck with your hip!!!!!
