My son also faced this issue in last winter....we consulted many doctors and applied hydrocortisone
...but no relief ...and upon my own reserch..I came to a conclusion that may be his dry scalp causing face&neck eczema...I told him to wash the hair thrice a week...it worked for him....now also he is getting around eyes and neck but mild...don't know whether it will work for u or not...give it a try.
And one more thing proper sleep is also very very important.

I use Vani cream or Elta MD pm cream and it helps the dryness. I still get red splotches on my face. I have red eyes and itchy eye lids. Can use allergy drops due to preservatives. I do use Ivizia for dry eyes. I was on Dupixent injections that helped face a lot but has caused conjunctivitis in eyes. Now switched to Adbry and not sure about it yet.

For relief from eczema on the face and around the eyes, consider the following recommendations based on the knowledge base:

For Facial Eczema:
- Moisturize Regularly: Apply a liberal amount of moisturizer several times daily, even when symptoms are not active. This helps maintain skin hydration and prevent flare-ups.
- Avoid Harsh Cosmetics: Be cautious with skin care products like soaps, cleansers, exfoliating scrubs, and makeup. Even products labeled "natural" or "hypoallergenic" can cause reactions.
- Gentle Application: When applying makeup, use clean hands and fingertips to avoid bacteria from brushes.

For Eczema Around the Eyes:
- Identify Triggers: Common triggers include makeup, skin care products, sunscreen, and sweat. Avoid known allergens and irritants.
- Gentle Cleansing: Use a mild cleanser with a soft washcloth and lukewarm water. Scrub lightly two to three times daily, focusing on the area between the lashes.
- Consult a Dermatologist: A dermatologist can help identify specific allergens and recommend appropriate treatments.

General Tips:
- Maintain Your Treatment Plan: Consistently follow your skin care regimen and any prescribed treatments to manage symptoms and prevent flares.
- Avoid Picking and Scratching: This can worsen the condition and lead to complications like scarring and skin atrophy.
