In addition to moisturizers, try to avoid soaps, even hand soaps. I use special products for washing my hands AND my body. These cleansing products work for me: Certaphil Flare Up Relief Body Wash, Baby Dove Dermacare Soothing Wash, Bath and Body Works Sensitive Body Wash w/Collodial Oatmeal.

My favorite hand creams are LaRoche-Posay Ciciplast Hand Cream and Gold Bond Eczema Relief Hand Cream with colloidal oatmeal

This is a list of my favorite body moisturizing products that I use on a rotating basis and on different parts of my body:
- CeraVe Healing Ointment (I use this above everything, note that this is the ointment, the Cerave product that comes in the dark blue container)
- Medical grade petroleum jelly
- Cortisone 10 Excema Cream
- Dove Baby Sensitive Skin Nighttime Lotion With Collodial Oatmeal
- Bath and Body Works Sensitive Skin Body Cream With Collodial Oatmeal
- Amazon Basics Eczema Soothing Moisturizing Cream
- Vanicream (this product is a bit sticky, I use this on my legs only)
- A&D medicated rash ointment w/eucalyptus (this product smells amazing and it contains vitamins A&D plus colloidal oatmeal and eucalyptus but if you are very sensitive or have allergies to fragrance you may not want to use this)

To manage eczema on your hands and arms, consider the following tips from your knowledge base:

- Avoid Triggers: Identify and avoid what triggers your eczema. This can include certain foods, extreme temperatures, or specific chemicals.
- Use Gloves: Wear gloves to protect your hands, especially when doing tasks that involve water or irritants. Vinyl gloves with cotton liners are recommended for wet tasks.
- Fragrance-Free Products: Choose fragrance-free versions of soaps, moisturizers, and detergents to reduce irritation.
- Moisturize Regularly: Use products like Skinfix eczema balm and body cream. Unscented Neutrogena hand cream is also recommended after washing hands.
- Diet Adjustments: Some people find relief by cutting out sugar, yeast, and dairy.
- Consult a Dermatologist: For persistent or severe cases, consult your dermatologist for personalized treatment options, including patch testing for allergies.

These steps can help you manage symptoms and potentially wear short sleeves comfortably again.
