I take Zyrtec and pepcid together for the itch it helps immensely. Also put your body lotion in the refrigerator cold is your best friend. Mine is from stress I believe and also because I am receiving immunotherapy for cancer.

Well, I just got a new idea from a friend whose eczema disappeared when she decided to "be herself". She was talking about integrity, wow. She asked me, "do you have a friend with whom you can really "be yourself" and really say what you think about things that matter to you?" I'm still processing that one.... hmmm...

That's completely understandable, @A MyEczemaTeam Member! I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I totally can see the stress and itch cycle happening with the loss of your husband. How do you cope and remedy the itch?
