I am trying to help my thirteen year old get her eczema under control. Her arms are red and where not red, mostly white patches. We have tried every lotion. This year it spread to her knees. Specialist at Children's laughed at me when I suggested food allergy. Steroids only make the white patches worse. I have tried every natural lotion imaginable and nothing works. White patches are actually more concerning than the red.

My patches of eczema are super red especially on my face. I'm allergic to almonds and coconut. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to deal with the redness?
How do you deal with this? I use really high SPF sunscreen and that helps a bit but finding it not as effective now as my skin still flares up, especially on my face and neck into itchy, red, cracked and weepy patches.
So uncomfortable! Makes summers really tough.
I have been dealing with blistering Dishydrotic eczema on my hands and atopic dermatitis on my elbows and shoulders for years with flair ups with blisters and itching everywhere. I’m not too sure yet what causes the flair ups. I have heard that food sensitivities or contact allergies could be a cause. So I’m asking for thoughts and suggestions for what test is best and others experiences?
I have this all over my face now I'm getting red blotches on my arms I'm not sure what that is I have used all kinds of prescription medications and nothing gets rid of it. My husband says that I should not drink alcohol because I will never get rid of this. Is this true? My face really hurts I have tried budesonide cream 2.5% hydrocortisone and now the doctor gave me tacrolimus but this cream causes cancer
We use aquaphor multiple times a day, we use soap that is not scented, and hydrocortisone cream twice a day for two weeks at a time.
