What foods to eat when you have ezcema?

What foods to eat when you have ezcema?

I have been reading a lot lately about foods related to ezcema. And my ezcema has been a complete monster lately!

Any ideas on what I should put on my grocery list?

Thanks!

It depends on the person. You would probably need to be allergy tested to determine what you are allergic to.

Eczema and hormones?

Eczema and hormones?

I started with eczema when I hit puberty. It's always worse when I'm on my period. The strange thing though, while I was pregnant and during expressing breast milk, my skin was completely clear! Wasn't even dry!
I was wondering if anyone else has had any links between hormones and skin condition?

To get a tattoo or not if you have eczema?

To get a tattoo or not if you have eczema?

Hello All,

I have really wanted a tattoo for a LONG time. I have researched getting one an talked to my dermatologist about getting one. She basically told me to stay away from red ink 100% and that she haven’t seen a lot of patients in regards to grey or black ink tattoos. She said that everyone reacts differently, so she couldn’t confirm if I was going to react or not and that the choice to get one was up to me.

Through everything I have rea online and have talked to… read more

Does anyone else have eczema on their feet? Only thing that’s helped is a cortisone shot but looking for other solutions.

Does anyone else have eczema on their feet? Only thing that’s helped is a cortisone shot but looking for other solutions.

Sweat is a trigger but what can I do? I have to work and am on my feet all day. So tired of incredibly itchy, dry, scaly, leathery peeling patches of skin. If I use powder to stop sweating dries it out even worse. Help!

Goat’s milk

Goat’s milk

Hi, I’ve only recently been ‘diagnosed’ with eczema but for years I’ve already been cycled through emollients and steroid creams/ointments which appear to have no effect. I was wondering whether anybody has experience with using goat’s milk to help eczema? I’ve seen reviews of both using goat milk soap and drinking goat milk (kefir, which I’ve just started) supposedly helping skin but I’d like to know if anyone has experienced this.
Thanks
