My patches of eczema are super red especially on my face. I'm allergic to almonds and coconut. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to deal with the redness?

Prescription triamcinolone cream! Works for me on my scalp issues. After a few days used, itching was much better. The redness along my hairline completely disappeared. I was unsure at first, but after a few days I started to notice much improvement.

Witch hazel , and aloe. Wash your face then use witch hazel. When your face feels dry use aloe.
