I had eczema on my hands for over 4 years and after trying anti fungal creams and multiple steroid and nonsteroid creams and ointments, my dermatologist finally got me okayed for Dupixent. It’s a injection pen, used once every 2 weeks and within a month started clearing up. My hands were so bad that I would coat my hands with Ceravie cream and wear gloves most of the time. They would crack and bleed with the slightest pressure. Now it’s 85-90 % clear and I use a prescription cream called Epiceram twice a day. Good luck. Keep trying. Find a good dermatologist!

Prednisone worked well for a short time, 2 weeks or so. But its side effects are horrific. After 2 weeks, flare showed up again on me. I tried Prednisone again the 2nd time but it did not work any more.

My eczema is just on my hands and the itching and throbbing was even keeping me from sleeping . The Epiceram is the first lotion to make a positive improvement

Yes!!! Looks exactly like mine. I'm 57 and have had eczema since a child. Was just my toes and ankles, now...just my hands. The itching! At night and 1st thing in the morning, worst. Do you get those little "watery bubbles", that are easily "popped". Usually after I pop the water bubbles, the itching settles down for a while. I try to douse my hands in benadryl cream, right after breaking the tiny bubbles. Also helps clear a flare up. Hope it helps...
