I was just recently diagnosed with spreadable dermatitis looking for answers what I can do they put me on steroid cream and it's not doing anything all I know is the stuff is itchy swollen and hurt so can I get help.

Try a bleach bath 1/4 cup to a full tub, also pure coconut oil, apple cider vinegar mixed with water, and meditate. Good luck. I’ve been there.
