Exfoliate flakes with brown sugar and olive oil very gently. Shea moisture 100% coconut oil and cosmetic grade beeswax. I melt both together in a bowl with a sauce pan of water. Beeswax works as a protective skin barrier from external factors invading skin. Chemical and fragrance free. Trying to find collidial oatmeal to add to it, but have not found it yet. In the meantime I use equate exzema lotion. I found chemicals also add to my reactions trying to go all natural in my bath products.
I loved this treatment plan. My head spins when I have to form a plan for my face. Unfortunately, my seb derm on my scalp is creeping down my forehead and my eyebrows are a flakey mess. Thanks.ππ
I tried Gold Bond medicated cream fir a rash I had for 4 months it took it away. I find Curel, Cerave, goat milk soap a some vaseline all can calm the itch and take it away and help with burning. Thyme soap and Cetaphil works the same for c c.leansing. The goat milk soap works mu ch better, for cleansing. And I the Gold bond rough and bumpy therapy cream can help sometimes. It worked real good yesterday. Next I needed a facial cl,eanser and I got some 2 percent zinc soap. Sulphur soap was on the menu until I read it thin your skin and peel it. I see now why Dr Dray did not recommend it. That will be my last resort if I ever use it. Hope the zinc soap all I need. I'll moisturize my ski.n with Derma E tea tree d vitamin C cream after using the zinc soap. I am on steroids for 5 days after 7 days I hope the redness a d inflammation and itching is gone. Than zinc soap and Derma E as my skin routine sometimes, maybe 2 or3 times a week. I'll use my Dove sensitive skin soap when I am not and use Cerave as my face moisture. My dermatitis feels alot better, I moisturize twice a day. I think it's about to leave, I am hardly itchy. Good luck to you and have a great day or π night.
