Itching scalp

Need a very GOOD shampoo for scalp that stops the constant itching plus something to condition my very DRY hair . It is below shoulder length and has a mild wave to it.

I went through at least 30 shampoos, many super expensive and made for eczema, none helped at all. Then I tried Lume Body Wash, and it nearly immediately began to help. It isn't completely gone, but I've only been using it for a few weeks... it is the best I've ever used on my scalp.
