For myself after taking blood test gluten was a issue and with whey dairy etc etc. Once I stopped those I am doing much better. I just need to stay away from adhesive and Nickle for contact eczema .

Try a 30 day elimination diet, see if it helps.

Certain foods can indeed trigger eczema flare-ups, particularly if you have food sensitivities or allergies. Here are some common culprits:

- Fermented Foods: High-histamine foods like aged or pickled products can cause flare-ups, especially in those with histamine intolerance.
- Common Allergens: Milk, eggs, wheat, soy products, peanuts, and shellfish are known to trigger allergic reactions that can worsen eczema.
- Individual Sensitivities: Some people may have specific sensitivities to ingredients like gluten or dairy, which can exacerbate symptoms.

It's important to identify your specific triggers, possibly with the help of a healthcare provider.
