I tried goat soap and didn't like it. I prefer Dr. Bronner Hemp sensitive, fragrance free soap for babies. It comes in blue paper packaging. Sold at Walmart and Sprouts.

Several gentle cleansers are recommended for eczema-prone skin. Top choices include CeraVe Soothing Body Wash, which contains three essential ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and omega oils. This cleanser is specifically formulated to protect the skin barrier while cleansing and is free from parabens, sulfates, and fragrances.

Another excellent option is Dove Sensitive Skin Beauty Bar, which uses a hypoallergenic formula without foaming agents, artificial colors, or fragrances. It includes moisturizing cream to help prevent flare-ups caused by dry skin. Additional recommended options include Cetaphil Baby Soothing Wash, Mustela Stelatopia Cleansing Gel, Puracy Natural Shampoo & Body Wash, and TruKid Soothing Skin Face & Body Wash. All these products are free from sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and have been accepted by the National Eczema Association.

Remember to test any new cleanser on a small patch of skin first to ensure it doesn't cause irritation. Look for products labeled as "hydrating" or "gentle cleansers" rather than "soap."
