Is over-the-counter hydrocortisone the same as fluocinonide or is the prescribed fluocinonide more effective
Rx steroid is more effective.my dermatologist prescribed Clobetasol0.5%

Any suggestions for a 2 year old? I her mother have eczema on my hands that flare up occasionally her father has psoriasis on his elbows and legs from the knee down. She suffers from what seems to be eczema on her elbows and the tops of her knees and the back bend. I use CBD cream recently and it helps a little.
