My name is Alexis and I am living with eczema. My eczema story began when I was about 12 years old and I struggled for many years with confidence, self-esteem and everything that comes along with having eczema. My hack for helping yourself live with eczema to cope with it is actually to take selfies. This sounds weird, but it's something that really helped me.

Like I set the camera up, find some good lighting to wear something that makes you feel good, and just take selfies. Literally, just take selfies with eczema showing. It's something that has helped me immensely because you kind of get to see like yourself and the beauty of eczema. Looking at yourself in that kind of light really helps your confidence.

At least it did for me. Of course, this may not work for everyone but top tip: take selfies!
