Living With Eczema? Paid Writing Opportunity

Posted on September 29, 2023

We invite you to share your personal story about living with eczema. Your experiences are unique and valuable. We believe that by sharing them, you can help others going through similar challenges.

Your first-person article should be 500 to 800 words. It will be eligible to be published on MyEczemaTeam, with full credit to you as author. If your piece is selected, our editorial team will review your submission and may edit it lightly for style and clarity. MyEczemaTeam will send you an agreement via DocuSign, and you’ll be compensated for your article.

Below, we list some potential topics. It’s OK if your article falls outside these suggestions — we want your story to be authentic to you and your experience. We encourage you to hone in on a specific element or moment in your eczema journey.

Possible Topics

  • Home remedies for eczema (such as coconut oil, goat’s milk, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, or baking soda)
  • Eczema and diet or specific foods (probiotics, alcohol, or foods that trigger flares)
  • Eczema products or skin care (moisturizers, soaps, or sunscreens)
  • Eczema in specific areas of body (on the hands, around the mouth, or in the armpits)

Example Themes

  • A Nonprescription Eczema Remedy That Actually Worked for Me
  • All the Home Remedies I’ve Stopped Using for My Eczema

To submit your article, please fill out the following form. If your piece is selected for publication, you’ll be contacted via email, and payment will be facilitated through an invoice.

Note that submission does not guarantee publication and payment. Have questions? Please reach out to margaret@myhealthteam.com.
