I have found something which is marvellous. Cetaphil Pro body wash. I'm In the London UK and purchased from Amazon I paid £25 (expensive) because it's made and distributed in Canada. Funny thing is I'm going to Canadian in May and will be stocking up and found out it cost £6 there. But I used this and the first time I used it i felt a big difference from when I used emollients etc. I had a severe eczema breakout and it's really helped. Been using it for 3 days now and it's made a huge difference.

I dont even use soap....water is a natural solvent and soap just dries out my skin. I keep coconut oil in the shower and use that, it is an natural antibacterial antiviral.
