I use Gold bond eczema relief i try to wait after I put on lotion before i put my hands near water if i do i lightly rinse as little as possible pat with paper towel. I recently started oatmeal soak for about 15 min pat dry don't rub. Wait a little while put lotion on my hands carefully put cotton gloves on then i go to sleep. I can't use hot water for anything involving my hands.

I actually never paid attention as to whether the hand creamed came off but any time I washed my hands I put on the skin relief hand cream.

I use organic food grade coconut oil. It’s supper moisturizing. I put it on before bed every night. I actually use it all over my body daily . Since I have eczema on my hands, I use it a few times a day there.
