I have extramarital Exzema over entire body, even my scalp & hate being on Prednisone so much.

I use Methotrexate for rheumatoid arthritis. {It makes my hair fall out like crazy] It doesn't calm my eczema
Maybe what is on your scalp is not the same thing. I have seborrhea on my scalp, eczema on hands and face.
I would not want to be on prednisone at all, bad for bone breakage.
