I have Rosacea fairly light but a little more pronounced since Eczema. I use Harlan MD Smart lotion. It has 0.75 hydrocortisone instead of the 0.1 in other OTC and has Sulfur (like in mineral baths) which make it less likely to cause the usual problems. On the site it explains everything but definitely is good on sensitive areas. He really goes into detail about it and can contact them if need more information.
