Hey @A MyEczemaTeam Member! My lips are one of my biggest problem areas. I normally use ice packs and put saline spray on a paper towel and hold it for as long as I can and then moisturize with Vaseline after. This helps a lot! Be sure you don't have an infection like staph or impetigo that requires antibiotics.

For lips I would like to recommend a couple of organic non-petroleum products that I just found. Based on the recommendation of another user in this forum I ordered two products…..Alba Botanica un-petroleum multi-purpose jelly and Sky Organics organic petroleum free jelly. The Sky Organics product is a bit lighter so I tend to use this one more on my face and lips but both products work very well. It seems that products that contain petroleum jelly (Vaseline, some of the CeraVe products, etc.) seem to “sit” on top of the skin sometimes, not really moisturizing for the long term. I found that these organic non-petroleum products seem to last a lot longer after application and they are especially great on the lips.

- Avoid Irritants: Stop using facial products that are harsh or irritating, such as scrubs or products with perfumes or scents.
- Warm Water: Wash and rinse your face with warm water, as water that is too hot or too cold can irritate eczema-prone skin.
- Colloidal Oatmeal: Products containing colloidal oatmeal can help treat dryness and irritation and manage itchy skin.
- Lifestyle Changes: Living a healthy lifestyle, including reducing stress and getting enough sleep, can improve symptoms.

If the itch persists, consult with a dermatologist for further advice.
