I do wear cotton gloves covered with vinyl gloves when I wash dishes, but my hands are still exposed to soap when I get lazy and don't put the gloves on.
Thank you,

Dear Ashley -
Thank you very much for these product recommendations. Unfortunately, I am allergic to fragrances. Mrs. Meyers dish soap has fragrance. However, Dr. Bronners has an "unscented" version of their soaps and I'm dying to try them so thanks for guiding me to this product.

Madelyn, here are some recommendations for managing eczema on your hands, especially when it comes to dishwashing soap:

- Use a Gentle Soap: Choose a soap designed for sensitive skin, free of fragrance, dyes, and other allergens. Avoid harsh products like alkalines and antibacterial soaps, as they can trigger eczema.
- Moisturize After Exposure: Apply a moisturizer immediately after your hands get wet or are exposed to soap. Carry small tubes of moisturizer for convenience.
- Be Careful With Gloves: While gloves can protect your hands, wearing them for too long can trap moisture and cause irritation. Don't wear gloves for more than 20 minutes without letting your hands dry off. Consider wearing soft, white cotton gloves inside rubber gloves.

For more personalized advice, consult your dermatologist. They can provide a list of safe ingredients and recommend specific products.

Sprouts free & clear dish soap works wonders for my hands. I also use La Roche Posay oil cleanser to wash my hands all day...it's a wonderful product and not that expensive. My hands used to be cracked, dry, and even bleeding at times to the point where I had to wear bandaids. Not anymore. The new dish soap and La Roche Posay have worked wonders for my hands.

I use Seventh Generation dish liquid. I use unscented or lime & ginger scent. My gloves I got on Amazon. They are with max oat + (colloidal oatmeal USP). They are powder free.
