I am currently having a personal project about eczema. I am aiming to create a Nighttime Eczema Care Kit designed to help manage flare-ups, reduce scratching, and improve sleep quality for individuals living with atopic dermatitis.

For my primary research, I would like to ask for your help to fill out this 3-5 minute form about eczema. Your answers will really help me out for my project to develop a nighttime eczema care kit!

That sounds like a wonderful project! Unfortunately, external forms or links can't be filled out here, but a Nighttime Eczema Care Kit is a brilliant idea — sleep and eczema have a tough relationship!

Here are some evidence-based essentials that could make a great kit:

- Fragrance-free moisturizer (look for ceramides, glycerin, or colloidal oatmeal)
- Cotton gloves to wear over moisturizer to lock in hydration overnight
- Gentle, fragrance-free emollient or ointment — thicker options work best at night
- Cotton bedding to keep skin cool and comfortable
- A cool sleeping environment — around 65–67°F (18–19°C) is ideal

A consistent "soak and seal" routine before bed — a lukewarm bath followed by immediately applying moisturizer — can also make a big difference in reducing overnight itching and flare-ups.

Sharing this idea with the eczema community on MyEczemaTeam could also give you some great real-world insights from people managing eczema daily!
