I was diagnosed with severe eczema as an infant, and currently I live with mild to moderate eczema symptoms. Tips I have dealing with stress to help manage your eczema symptoms. I like to include daily mantras or affirmations. My favorite one is, “This is only temporary.” It helps me a lot when I'm going through a severe flare knowing that this is only happening for a limited amount of time and I will get better.

I also would suggest to move your body as much as you can. Just being active and moving your body can help your eczema symptoms lessen. Whether that is yoga, running, walking, light stretching.
