I had a scalp issue for 17 months. It has been healing now and I have no itch. The Clobetasol Topical works for me along with Ketokonazol Shampoo. I have also used Activation tube Medical Grade Manuka Honey from Amazon. Dermeleve helps with the itch. My Dr. has given me Zoryve / not covered by insurance- extremely expensive.($900.00 for 60g).

I also wear cotton hat to bed so I do not scratch my head.It helps, unless I take it off in my sleep. I used an Ice cap for a while that helped with the itch. Good luck. You name I have tried it!
